Tiled in bathrooms with large-format ceramic tile and oak wood details.

Decorative microcement cladding in the independent unit and bathroom. Smooth white plastic paint on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Continuous false ceilings in areas of passage of facilities.

SANITARY WARE

Roca black vitrified porcelain sanitary fixtures.

Wall-hung toilet and black single-lever designer faucet.

Bathtub in two bathrooms and shower tray in five bathrooms. Wash basin mirror cabinet and designer radiator in all bathrooms.

Electrical installation with top quality electrical mechanisms in black. Telecommunications installation with TV and telephone outlets in bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathrooms.

Installation of domestic hot water using solar thermal energy with an individual solar collection system and an electric backup heater with aerothermal energy.

KITCHEN FURNITURE

Fitted kitchen with high and low furniture with stratified board finished in white with top quality granite worktop. Equipment consisting of sink, induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave oven all BOSCH brand.

EXTERIOR FINISHES

CENTRAL VACUUM SYSTEMS

Valves strategically located throughout the house, connected by a network of ducting to the central vacuum unit. You simply need to connect the vacuum hose to an inlet valve to begin vacuuming your home quickly.

ELECTRIC CURTAINS

Curtain systems that include a motor, allowing the curtains to open or close automatically, without manual effort. They are controlled by a remote control and a wall switch or by smart devices such as mobile phones and voice assistants.

AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION

POOL

A pool inspired by Jameos de Agua, it blends organically with the volcanic rock and natural surroundings. Created within a volcanic basement, the walls are reinforced with a reticulated steel mesh to stabilize the shape and covered with three layers of fibber-reinforced material, suitable for resistance to sulphites and chemical agents. Filtration system with salt chlorinator and automatic pH control.

SAUNA

Eco- friendly Nordic spruce steam sauna that handles the temperature fluctuations. The sauna is equipped with a 8 mm thick reinforced safety glass entrance and a 10.5 kW Harvia stainless steel electric heater with integrated controls.

TERRACE

Large, customizable terrace, suspended in lava flow with a glass floor. The project, carried out entirely by the new owner, consists of a 16 x 16 cm iron structure inserted beneath the house structure, connected by a retractable IPE 150 iron bridge submerged in reinforced concrete.

The terrace is designed to support 12+12 glass panes and can be interspersed with wooden frames as an alternative to a fully glazed terrace.

The planned lighting is LED, based on the floor, to highlight the underlying area at night.
